I was thinking of the many addictions people have or have had in life. We all have them at one time or another and sometimes the addictions are with us for a lifetime. Some addictions are destructive, others seem innocent enough but they eventually harm our mind and/or body. I thought of my own addictions, at one time or another, as well as the addictions of others I have known during my life span to date. My mind’s eye began to put a face to those many addictions. As I thought of an addiction, my mind’s eye saw its color identification and the painting is the result.
