I thought of how people narrowly escape disaster of some kind, even death, at some time or another during their life span. I began to wonder why and this is what I sensed, what I saw in my mind’s eye so I painted it. At the same time, I realized that Guardians do withdraw for whatever reason and things happen to us including our end. I wonder if it is just simple destiny.
