While dealing with severe vertigo 2011, I was filled with anxiety.

To cope with the anxiety, I forced myself to picture a happy place to escape the troublesome vertigo. I mentally contrive an image while being influenced and sort of directed by my vertigo. Though having to deal with extreme dizziness and nausea, I manage to paint my contrived happy place using only the palette knife.
