Result of severe vertigo, 2011.

During another anxiety attack due to vertigo, I try to cope with the anxiety. Once again, I contrive a place to escape to and away from the ever building anxiety induced by vertigo. I form a mental image of a beach but because of the limitations of the vertigo the beach is barren, lonely in the imagery. But it is peaceful which provides a coping mechanism for the moment. The image of the beach helped check the anxiety.
