Result of severe vertigo.

One morning, I awoke and sat up quickly inducing an attack of severe vertigo. I immediately see spots that are alive with momentum and color. The spots begin to cluster and I know the spinning sensation is about to begin and it does with increased speed. While holding on tightly to the edge of the bed, I focus my vision straight ahead and will myself to ignore the spinning. The spinning sensation lasts but for a few moments and things return to a state of normalcy. This painting is the result of that one episode.
